How to use in Gmail

  1. Click "Copy HTML" above
  2. Open Gmail → Settings (gear icon) → See all settings
  3. Scroll to "Signature" and create a new signature
  4. Paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V) into the editor
  5. Save changes at the bottom of the page

How to use in Outlook

  1. Click "Copy HTML" above
  2. Open Outlook → Settings → Mail → Compose and reply
  3. Scroll to "Email signature"
  4. Paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V) into the signature box
  5. Save and apply to new messages
