Walking Together in Trust

Terms & Conditions

The shared understanding that keeps our tribe grounded, generous, and growing together.

Last updated: August 19, 2026

Welcome to BeingTribal. These Terms & Conditions describe the agreement between you and us when you create an account, join a membership, or take part in our community. We've written them in plain language because trust begins with clarity — and because you deserve to know what you're saying yes to.

Acceptance of These Terms

Agreement to the terms

By creating a BeingTribal account, accessing our content, or joining any membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Eligibility

BeingTribal is designed for adult women leaders. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Membership & Billing

Membership tiers

BeingTribal offers several membership levels, including a free tier and paid memberships such as the Tribal Leadership Membership ($29.00/month). Each tier unlocks different resources and community features as described on our Programs page.

Billing & renewal

Paid memberships are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. You authorize us to charge the recurring fee to your payment method until your membership ends.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from within the app or by contacting us at rena@beingtribal.com. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access through the end of your current paid period. No further charges occur after that.

Refunds

Because memberships grant immediate access to digital content and community resources, payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll review it in good faith.

Price changes

We may adjust membership pricing with reasonable notice. Existing members keep their current rate through the end of the current billing cycle, after which the new rate applies unless you cancel.

Community Conduct

A safe, respectful space

The Tribal Circle and other community features exist to help women encourage, pray for, and celebrate one another. Treat every member with kindness and respect — the way you'd want to be treated.

What's not allowed

Don't post content that is hateful, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, or illegal. Don't spam, impersonate others, or share someone's private information without consent.

Anonymous posts

You may post anonymously in the Tribal Circle. Anonymity is a gift for honest reflection — not a shield for unkindness. The same conduct rules apply to anonymous posts.

Consequences

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the community, without refund.

Reporting concerns

If you see something that doesn't belong here, contact rena@beingtribal.com. We review every report thoughtfully and confidentially.

Content & Intellectual Property

Our content

All trainings, guides, reflections, branding, and materials created by BeingTribal are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use these resources for your own growth — not to copy, redistribute, or resell them.

Your content

You retain ownership of the reflections, journal entries, posts, and other content you create in the app. By posting in the Tribal Circle, you grant BeingTribal a license to display that content within the community for other members to see and celebrate.

Public Core Values

Core Values you mark as public are visible to other members for Tribe Match. You can switch them to private at any time.

Feedback

If you share ideas or suggestions for improving BeingTribal, we may use them without obligation or compensation — though we're always grateful for your heart in helping us grow.

Use of the App

Personal use

The app is for your personal transformation journey. Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or build tools on top of it without our permission.

Availability

We work hard to keep the app running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

No professional advice

Our content is educational and inspirational — it's not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Please seek a qualified professional for those needs.

Limitation of Liability

As-is service

The app and its content are provided 'as is.' To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeingTribal isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Your responsibility

You're responsible for your decisions and actions based on what you learn here. BeingTribal is a companion on your journey — not a substitute for your own discernment and professional support.

Changes & Contact

Updates to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions as our community and offerings grow. For significant changes, we'll notify you within the app or by email. The date below reflects the latest revision.
