The Truth Is —
On paper, you are successful.
You have built a career, led teams, navigated challenges, and carried responsibilities that few people truly understand.
Yet even the strongest women leaders quietly wrestle with questions they rarely say out loud.
Am I doing enough?
Why do I still second-guess myself?
How do I continue leading others without losing myself in the process?
The truth is that leadership can be lonely. You are often the person everyone else depends on, while having very few places where you can safely set down the weight you carry.
You have spent years being faithful to your work, your team, your family, and your commitments.
But when was the last time you were faithful to yourself?
"This is where something different begins — where a sacred partnership creates space for you to be seen, supported, challenged, and empowered to lead from your greatness."
— Rena Whittaker
2 / 9What This Work Is
"The most meaningful transformation
happens when trust exists."
Rena Whittaker
My work begins with a commitment to create a space that is rooted in confidentiality, compassion, accountability, and truth.
A space where you can speak honestly about your challenges, your dreams, your fears, and your next chapter without judgment. A space where you do not have to perform, prove, or protect.
You simply get to be human.
Together, we build a relationship grounded in Sacred Trust. I will challenge you when needed, celebrate your victories, help you see your blind spots, and remind you of the gifts and wisdom that already exist within you.
Because when a woman leader feels truly supported,
extraordinary things become possible.
She stops surviving. She starts thriving.
She remembers who she is.
And she begins to lead from her greatness.

7 / 9In Her Own Words
For much of my life, I believed what many women are taught to believe.
Work hard.
Take care of everyone else.
Keep going.
Be grateful.
Don't ask for too much.
And while those lessons helped me become successful, they also taught me something dangerous.
To abandon myself.
Like many women leaders, I spent years carrying responsibility, solving problems, caring for others, and striving to meet expectations. From the outside, life looked successful. Yet underneath it all, I often found myself asking:
Am I enough?
Why do I continue to doubt myself?
Why do I feel alone, even when I am surrounded by people?
Through my own journey of leadership, faith, personal growth, and healing, I discovered something life-changing:
The answers I was searching for were never outside of me. They began with remembering who God created me to be.
As I learned to deepen my faith, trust myself, establish healthy boundaries, and surround myself with people who genuinely wanted to see me thrive, everything began to change.
Not overnight.
One degree at a time.
That journey became the foundation for BeingTribal. Today, I help women leaders reconnect with their gifts, strengthen self-trust, and create lives and leadership experiences rooted in purpose, belonging, and sustainable growth.
Because I believe every woman deserves to know that she is deeply loved, uniquely gifted, and capable of far more than she has been led to believe.
Today, I see women every day who are carrying the same questions I once carried.
Women who are capable, accomplished, and deeply gifted, yet still wonder if they are enough.
Women who have spent so much time caring for everyone else that they have forgotten how to care for themselves.
Women who long to be seen, supported, and reminded of who they truly are.
Those women are the reason I do this work.
This work is not simply my profession. It is my calling.
It is my contribution to creating cultures of empowerment and advancement without competition.
And it is my invitation to women everywhere:
Remember who you are.
Lead from your greatness.
