BeingTribal.comWelcome

Rena Whittaker
Welcome, beautiful soul.
If you are holding this guide in your hands, something in you is already reaching for more. More belonging. More truth. More of the woman you were always created to be.
I want you to know — you are welcomed here exactly as you are. No pretending. No performing. No perfection required. Just you, arriving.
BeingTribal began with a simple conviction: leadership was never meant to be lonely, and women were never meant to do life alone. This guide is my invitation to you — to pause, to breathe, and to remember who you are.
Turn the page slowly. There is no rush. This is not a document to finish — it is a companion to walk beside.

BeingTribal.comThe Story
I watched something happening that I couldn't look away from.
Leadership was becoming lonely. Women were carrying more, leaning on less, and quietly wondering if they were the only ones who felt the weight of it all.
Isolation was becoming normal. Competition was replacing collaboration. And somewhere along the way, many women had forgotten who they truly were.
"I kept meeting women who were doing extraordinary things — and feeling completely alone while doing them."
BeingTribal exists to help women remember who they are, build belonging, and create ripples of transformation that reach further than any one woman could reach alone.
This is not a program. It is a remembering.
You are welcomed here exactly as you are.
The Movement
Not a business. A movement.
BeingTribal exists to create cultures of empowerment and advancement without competition — spaces where women remember who they are, build tribes that remind them of their greatness, and lead ripples of belonging that change the world around them.
"When people feel seen, valued, and connected, they remember who they are — and they lead from their greatness."
The Four Truths
You are deeply loved by God.
His love is the foundation — the place where your true identity begins.
That love informs your true identity.
When you know whose you are, you remember who you are.
We need each other.
Community is not a luxury. It is where transformation takes root.
Everything is possible.
When you lead from who you truly are, there are no limits.
Everything in BeingTribal is built upon six foundational practices — six pillars you will soon discover.
BeingTribal.comThe Why
Women were never meant to do life alone.
Isolation
The quiet ache of carrying it all alone.
Belonging
The relief of being truly seen and held.
Connection
The strength of women in your corner.
"The most meaningful transformation happens when trust exists — and trust grows in the soil of belonging."
Research continues to confirm what women have always known: chronic isolation affects our health, our leadership, and our sense of self. Belonging is not a soft skill — it is a human necessity, and a leadership strategy.
Where in my life am I carrying something alone that I was never meant to carry alone?
BeingTribal.comLeadership was never meant to be lonely.
The Framework
Each pillar is a practice — a way of being, a way of belonging, a way of leading. Together, they form the foundation of every Tribal Leader's journey.
Turn the page to meet them →
BeingTribal.comPillar One
Build the self-trust and relational trust that create the foundation for everything meaningful.
Trust is choosing to believe that the voice God placed inside you is wiser than fear.
Trust is the soil where everything grows.
Where am I being called to trust myself more deeply?
Pillar Two
Honor yourself and others through clear boundaries, honest communication, and mutual regard.
Respect is honoring the woman you are becoming by refusing to shrink to fit spaces that were never meant for you.
Respect is the fence that protects the garden.
What boundary would honor the woman I am becoming?
Pillar Three
Pour intentionally into your growth — spiritually, emotionally, and professionally.
Investment is the radical act of believing your growth is worth your time, your energy, and your yes.
What you pour into, grows.
Where am I being invited to invest in my own growth?
Pillar Four
Create and claim communities where women are truly seen, valued, and deeply connected.
Belonging is the moment a woman stops performing and starts being — and discovers she was never alone.
We bloom best when we bloom together.
Where do I most need a tribe right now?
Pillar Five
Turn your vision into action through One-Degree Shifts and purposeful follow-through.
Accountability is love that refuses to let you stay where you are because it sees who you are becoming.
A shift, not a leap — that's how mountains move.
What commitment am I ready to be held to?
Pillar Six
Discover your unique gifts and offer them generously in service to others and the world.
Leadership is not climbing to the top — it is turning around to make a way for the woman behind you.
Your gift was never meant to stay in your pocket.
What gift have I been holding back?
The Practice
Small shifts. Different destinations.
Transformation rarely arrives in a single dramatic moment. It arrives one degree at a time. A one-degree shift — barely visible at first — becomes a completely different destination over time.
"You don't have to change everything. You only have to change one thing — and let time do what time does."
Yesterday
"I said yes when I wanted to say no."
Today
"I paused before answering."
One degree.
What is one one-degree shift I could make today?
BeingTribal.comYou don't have to change everything. You only have to change one thing — and let time do what time does.
The Identity
This is who you are becoming.
Remembers who she is
She roots herself in identity, not in performance.
Builds belonging
She creates spaces where women feel truly seen.
Practices courageous truth
She speaks love wrapped in honesty.
Opens doors
She makes a way for other women to rise.
Celebrates women
She delights in the success of others.
Lives her ripple
She leads knowing her life reaches beyond herself.
A Tribal Leader does not climb alone. She builds a table where every woman has a seat.
BeingTribal.comThe Welcome
A signature teaching of BeingTribal.
"Transformation begins when people feel completely welcomed."
Imagine walking into a room where…
You don't have to prove yourself.
You don't have to perform.
You don't have to earn your place.
You simply belong.
That feeling is Radical Hospitality.
It is the practice of making room — in your home, your workplace, your church, your table — for a woman to feel she has found a place where she belongs.
Where in my life can I practice Radical Hospitality?
BeingTribal.comTransformation begins when people feel completely welcomed.
The Truth
Truth wrapped in Love.
Before offering advice, pause and ask
"What would serve you most right now?"
Listening
Being fully present, without fixing.
Comfort
Holding space for what hurts.
Truth
Speaking love wrapped in honesty.
Prayer
Lifting her before God together.
Strategy
Helping her find her next right step.
Compassionate Truth-Telling honors where a woman is before prescribing where she should go. It asks what she needs before assuming we know. This is how trust is built — and how truth becomes love instead of judgment.
Who in my life deserves more compassionate truth — and what would serve her most right now?
BeingTribal.comThe Ripple
Your life reaches further than you can see.
Your life creates ripples. Leadership begins with one woman — and reaches outward in ways you may never witness.
One woman.
One family.
One workplace.
One church.
One community.
"Your courage becomes someone else's possibility."
Who could benefit from my courage?
